I've had this random toothache for about 3 weeks that comes and goes andnever really bothered me unless I was eating something really hot or cold. Today I finally sucked it up and went to the dentist under the advice of everyone that it was probably a sensitive tooth and needed very little remedy. 45 minutes later I walked out with a root canal and a bill for $650.
