Unreal. I've been talking online in this customer support chat room to this guy named Joi, trying to settle all the crap with the damn purchase on my visa to some german based company..... grrrrr...damn technology, someone messes up and miskeys in a wrong number and my visa is charged nearly a hundred dollars and it takes weeks to get it back, weeks. Meanwhile they want me to call germany to fix it?? fuck them. Yeah ok, i'll pay an addition 4 bucks a minute to fix it. bastards.
