Went back this morning to have a peek at our new house. The day we went on our massive house hunting tour we looked at 7 places in one day and after awhile they all sort of blurred into each other. Today when we went back to look at we were so excited to find all these little hidden surprises that we hadn't noticed before like a Dishwasher, a little doggie door that leads into the backyard so puppy can come and go as he pleases.
Also the girl who lives there now told us that there is a HUGE amount of rooftop attic storage that she didn't know about when she moved it and sure enough the little ceiling hatch pulls down the a flight of folding stairs comes tumbling down.
Gas fireplace, off street parking and so many cool little extras that suddenly make this place a whole lot better and makes it a heap easier to get motivated about moving out.
